The Butchart Gardens
The Butchart Gardens is a Canadian National Historic Site that showcases seasonal floral displays all year round. There is always something of interest in the various gardens: from the fragrant, winter blooming shrubs, to the fresh delights of spring, to the abundance of summer colour, to the grand finale of autumn.
The Royal British Columbia Museum is a world-class attraction. The museum was founded in 1886, and the archives in 1894. Since their amalgamation in 2003, the two entities have combined to become a collection of the finest artifacts, documents and specimens of BC’s natural and human history.
